Thanks for posting that. Many of us were already aware of it, but I thought the questions being asked about the timing of the up-list (including those by liquidmoney) were questioning whether or not the SEC would force a delay and not whether or not the company was trying to delay the process. I personally wasn't terribly worried because I didn't believe the guys wouldn't be aware of it before Jerry expressed that they were very pleased with the progress. I doubt he would say that if either they were knowingly trying to delay, or the SEC was forcing a delay. Anyhow, thanks for posting, it helps clear up questions.
