Ah, the "mistake" defense for this POS. Now that rings a bell........
Why would SFRX file a lawsuit based on any information they didn't know was true, only to regurgitate it over and over in the same complaint?
BTW....you do know Huffman is REQUIRED under the rules to correct any false information told to the Court by his client, don't you?
And did they make a mistake when they claimed they lost contracts (plural) or did someone provide them bad information and is that insignificant?
Further, when is any LIE insignificant?
