Yesterday I got this from levy ....typical response. I did ask a followup question...interesting response...

I asked.. since you cannot give details of filings... can you, give the date Lee's 10 billion become unrestricted...many feel lee may change his mind about using them for investment when the time arrives. Most of us will probably exit prior to this date. Imo

Lee's shares are not his only. In addition it is restricted for 12 month when issued and subject to 144. Should not be an issue to any shareholder at all
