Can you be specific as to what I am wrong about?
SFRX didn't file with the Court that the Defendant, as mod on the Ihub board, couldn't ban posters? Are you saying that is wrong that he can or SFRX never stated that in the complaint? Both can't be right so I'm not sure what you mean by wrong.
From the original complaint, which you were posting excerpts from less than 12 hours after it was filed.

As well, V---- as a moderator has abused another power he has, which is to remove posters from the site, thus disallowing them from participating at all in such postings.
