The correct plan is literally for Mr. Heddle to explicitly disclose, in detail, the best results of what exactly went into processor #3 and what exactly came out. If those numbers are as good as the company has hinted and underhandedly suggested for the past seven years, the money would come pouring in and all of you investors currently holding shares would immediately be rich. There will be some credibility because Mr. Heddle would be sticking his neck out to be charged with fraud if he fudged the numbers.
