I am not for sure about the timing but in the News release;
(RMHB) Discusses Transparency and Future Corporate Growth with the
review of its Form 10 Registration Statement. Last week, the Company responded to the SEC Comment Letter and filed an Amended Form 10.
In most legal filings when there is an "AMENDED" legal filing, this either restarts a clock OR extends the existing clock.
So let's please Not Lock Down on June 15th as the MAIN time to complete this up tick.
