You guys (gals?) have way too much time on your hands. But then I'm reading this, and responding to it, so maybe I do too.
Over the last year or so, I've come to recognize the sometimes subtle and sometimes not so subtle manipulations and their authors. I can see where it can be hard for newcomers to know who to listen to. Though, really, they shouldn't be basing their decisions on anything but their own research.
They'll be gone soon enough I think (hope).
