It's the manipulation. PUMA is a company that got hammered lost millions in a lawsuit a little over a year ago, since about that time they have been hammering CTIX(I'm sure other stocks too). I do belive the false lawsuit is keeping institutional investors and other bigger investors away. time is running out in them, very soon!
