won't matter gs..hjoe has made sh aware they were/are in touch with sec re: the delay with filing and the issues surrounding the delay. I won't call it delinquent which would imply they are not complying. This is the main reason why sec has not done anything against hjoe. The company is solid and Joe is proving it every step of the way.

so no basher no whistle blower can do anything or find anything to pinch them...the only slow death that is coming is for I hub and their bashers.
