Now that the court case is over, this has finely been put to rest. If there is a issuance of more shares it will hopefully be used to advance the N assay and other worthy projects. Any good news should advance the current share price. This is just my objective opinion. Not all dilution should be deemed as a negative. It matters how it's used.
