There won't be a shareholders meeting next week. There's been no announcement and there hasn't been a proxy sent out either. They are way past the deadline. They have to have an annual shareholder meeting at some point- it's the law, but it will be delayed. Also they have to hold a vote for all shareholders even if the note holders have the majority of the shares and it is basically a formality. I think this has been a stall all along to buy more time- they never registered the stock as they were supposed to either. Whether they actually have something working that is good is another question- but hopefully. I think the last bit of hope left is for them to partner or license ESS in the US or Asia. If they do another spinoff to a shell co. without any cash, then that's pretty much the end in my opinion.
