They have till Dec 2016 to file their audit. based on the delinquency timeline i would say it is quite close to 2 yrs anyway. The Sec will see hjoe is a serious company and their attorneys will make every attempt to have them file by yr end. which means the case has to be settled by then.

only my opinion: but as the case load increases for toxic financers. it's becoming apparently obvious there is a huge problem and changes will be made to move these cases with less beuracratic red tape.
