First ..your math is wrong ..his stock is worth more than a million at the current SP..as well where does it say he sold these shares into the open market ? I didn't know those shares were free trading ?It looks more to me like a private transaction from the filing and if so those shares will be restricted for a period of time.Perhaps he needed to pay some bills, in reality it's a minor amount and nothing to worry about IMO.To end there is nothing to do with the fact that he owns less than 1 million dollars of stock because that statement is false.If your new to QMC as a shareholder your timing couldn't be better IMO...lots to look forward to☺
