That is the ISDS,....it's nothing new. It is being used currently as a tactic to spin individuals into thinking it is bad.

The first BIT(bilateral investment treaties) happened between Germany and Pakistan in 1958. We are talking of an evolved arbitration that has been happening for well over 50 years. the Cold War was not just about Nuclear Arms and Star Wars(reagan)...it was about trade alliances and arbitration.
