I feel and I could be wrong ... The Audits .... Proxy ..... R/S ...... And a new CEO coming is all just a smoke screen. How else can a company that A/S get investors to buy those shares. The Foley's & company knew what they had. They weren't giving up any of NTEK until the value of UltraFlix was completed. Any investor that does its DD should see it as well
