Here are some older press releases to show some of the back and forth by MSJ and BGL with regard to Cinco Minas/Gran Cabrera. BGL sent a press release in 2012 about signing a non-binding LOI with MSJ.
http://banderagold.com/news/news_article.asp?...amp;id=105. The reply from MSJ was this:

Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. Clarifies, it has No Ownership of Cinco Minas or Gran Cabrera Mineral Concessions

ZAPOPAN, JAL, Mexico, Sept. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. ("MSJ" or the Company) has issued a statement regarding the ownership of Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera. MSJ wants to make public the fact that the Company no longer has an ownership interest in either Cinco Minas or Gran Cabrera, two mineral properties located in Jalisco, Mexico. MSJ was removed from the mineral rights ownership of these two properties due to a labor dispute and is now owned by a non-related third party company.

MSJ has already issued a statement in response to a recent press release by Bandera Gold Ltd. claiming to have signed a non-binding Letter of Intent between Bandera and MSJ, to purchase the two mining properties. MSJ wants to clarify that the company currently has no association with either Bandera Gold Ltd. or persons associated with Bandera Gold Ltd.

MSJ has no further comment on the matter.

As you can see in this press release by MSJ, at that time MSJ did not own Cinco Minas/Gran Cabrera because of a labor dispute. It says: "MSJ was removed from the mineral rights ownership of these two properties due to a labor dispute and is now owned by a non-related third party company." Who owned Cinco Minas/Gran Cabrera at this time and who was that "non-related third company"? SRGE! This also shows that SRGE and MSJ was not one and the same entity. The very last press release from MSJ detailed the purchase of Cinco Minas/Gran Cabrera and other SRGE mines by MSJ and purchase details will come in "another writing of events". MSJ also wrote that they did not sign a LOI with BGL and "has no associations with BGL or persons associated with BGL".

After this press release by MSJ, BGL followed up with another press release.

The reply from MSJ was this:

ZAPOPAN, Mexico, Sept. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Minera San Jorge S.A de C.V. (MSJ) has announced a response to a September 21st press release from Bandera Gold Ltd., which questions the ownership of MSJ.

It is unfortunate that Bandera Gold Ltd. entered into an agreement with an individual formally associated with MSJ, who represented himself as legally authorized to conduct business on MSJ's behalf. But is important to note that even a minimum amount of responsible due diligence on Bandera's behalf would have verified the legal ownership of MSJ.

The fact is Mexico has a very organized business culture that is internationally recognized, and it is not difficult to contact the Public Registry of Property and Commerce in Mexico City (Registro Publico de la Propiedad y de Comercio) to verify corporate ownership and legal representation. Mr. George Salazar Barnett has had no involvement with MSJ since June 2011, and documentation to that fact have been notarized and registered in Mexico for well over a year. We have also provided a copy of these documents to the TSX Venture.

MSJ conducts business with a number of Canadian and American companies, and is concerned that our name is being used in a manner, which could affect MSJ's current and future business relationships. We have instructed our legal counsel to investigate the matter, and begin proceedings to cease these activities immediately, as they relate to MSJ.

MSJ is not a publicly traded company, has no interest in Bandera Gold Ltd., and
has no claim to the mineral concessions of either the Cinco Minas or Gran Cabrera properties, located in Jalisco, Mexico. Our sole objective is to protect the interest, integrity and image of Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V.

Interesting to note is that MSJ again writes here "has no claim to the mineral concessions of either the Cinco Minas or Gran Cabrera properties". So this is the 2nd press release by MSJ in which MSJ did not have a claim to "Cinco Minas or Gran Cabrera properties". Who owned Cinco Minas/Gran Cabrera at this time and who held these claims? You guessed right, it was SRGE! This is double proof that MSJ did not own Cinco Minas/Gran Cabrera at this time and SRGE did. This is why the last press release by MSJ spoke of purchasing details to follow in "another writing of events". SRGE owned the mines and the mines are sold in a purchase agreement with details to follow. What you can read also is that BGL signed an LOI with George Barnett in 2012 while George Barnett was not working for MSJ anymore since June 2011. So, while George Barnett has not worked for MSJ since 2011, BGL still continued their attacks on SRGE and MSJ until now. Why did BGL not sue George Barnett instead of MSJ? Because BGL knows that MSJ is the richest private mineral property company in Mexico and they could not get money from George Barnett. BGL got nothing in the end because they did not deal with MSJ directly. BGL could have reached out to MSJ directly after MSJ's press release in 2012 and come to a deal of some sorts but BGL just continued their attacks on SRGE and MSJ relentlessly since 2008, on Ihub and in their "litigation". If you act this way as a junior mining company as BGL calls itself, who on earth will ever do business with you again? Just as I wrote that no Mexican company will ever work with Kinross again after Kinross' denial and Kinross pulled out of Mexico, for BGL it's a lot worse: no company will ever do business or JV with BGL ever again.
