95. TORTIOUS INTERFERENCE
a)Plaintiff caused Defendants to retain auditors, brokers, accountants; and
b)Plaintiff required Defendants to pay said professionals fees and costs
c)that Plaintiff’s aforesaid agents caused damages to defendants.
They use the word required and plaintiff's agents. Says to me they knew Johnson was crooked and steered HJOE in that direction.
If emails, faxes or other hard documents back that up, Kramer is finished.
