Sox With it's excellent side effect profile I expect P to eventually take 75% or more of Otezla sales. Otezla boasts 75% clearance after "16" weeks and a not so good SE profile. P will eat it's lunch once the optimal dosage is found and I don't think 200mg is it.......Should be interesting what Menon decides to do but I don't see anything OVER 200mg in a P3 trial......Way to risky....
