Why do you think they're up-listing? Transparency. They have nothing to hide, and we've heard others complain that it all must be crap because a transfer agent didn't provide real time updates. If you can't get behind the investment for this reason, then why are you exchanging so much on this board? You must be aware that the progress this company is making is damn impressive for not already having a mega bucks parent company funding the venture. So why, just ahead of the first major step toward that transparency (OFF THE PINKSHEETS), are you being negative about not trusting the share structure as listed with the SEC contingent to the move? Who are you really trying to help? Just wait a little tiny bit and you'll get to see. There just isn't enough evidence of reckless spending at this point for me to agree that share structure qualifies as a major sticking point when considering ground floor investment in what will most likely outpace Red Bull and Monster Beverages both.
