Unlike an abortion or ACA case I think the politics are deminimus here and to the extent its relevant, actually in our favor....you are talking about market manipulation and that does not sit well with a lot of folks on the left side of the aisle (assuming she is)

..add in she is a tough as nails former prosecutor (was on the blind sheik prosecution) so the quasi criminal behavior the mako/rosen shorts engaged in should not sit well..imho
