The sad reality is that the legal system is broken and a lot of times dependent on a judge who might be cranky or have a personal vendetta to a specific cause. We have all seen many times what might seem like a home run case only to be given a 360 by a judge. Let's hope this judge has had enough of seeing these lenders taking up the courts time by what is really legal loansharking. I would again just prefer to see hjoe owe the loan and no convertible shares. That to me is still the fairest outcome , anything else is a cherry on top
