The longer this trial drags on, the more I worry about it. Money influences everything. This is Rosen's business. The "Good Guys" don't always win, at least not in the short end. I hope, like most of you do, that the judge rules in our favor, with prejudice, and we can go after damages. What effect a positive ruling will have, I don't profess to know. Hopefully it will unleash the potential of our company. Trial progression is the ultimate deciding factor, and so far, we're winning. All you flipper/traders, enjoy your nickels and dimes, all you short sellers can go to hell, and the rest of us can sleep well in the knowledge that we've invested well and taken our chances legitimately.
