That could be right. It's a lot of dense legalese going on right now. I just read the complaint from KBM and the counterclaim. I had them side by side so I can look at KBM's allegations and then go look at HJOE's response for each #. It's kind of funny because it will say something like #4 KBM invested 43K in HJOE. And the counterclaim denies that KBM invested 43K. But there was an 8K that says KBM gave HJOE 43K so how can HJOE deny it? Well, HJOE could deny it because they can claim KBM did not INVEST, they LOANED. The whole claim and counterclaim goes like that. KBM alleges something, HJOE denies it. So who the hell knows what will happen
