No they don't. Neither as Senator in a GOP Congress nor as SOS could she do jack about the tax laws as they exist.
Just as only Nixon could go to China, maybe only a Dem president and Senate can deal with tax avoidance.
Lower corp. taxes in return for closing tax avoidance loopholes, for example.
I really don't think we want to go down the road of what the candidates' friends have done, unless of course anyone believes Trumps 'associates' are without sin.
