I should be more specific. The next phase could very well be a Phase 2/3. The P2 part is for a higher dosage. Once it's proven safe and working, it can morph into P3 since everything is already agreed on with the FDA.
As for the dosage, my guess is 300 mg or even 350 mg. P was proven safe at 350 mg in P1. Obviously Dr. Menon will have a better idea since he'll have all the PK/PD data from P2.
