Well there is your problem Gary and Tim hired an SEC atty to file their financials and update the NVSOS and OTC When what they need is an Accountant and Auditor to file financials, this explains why they have been working on it for a year and a half now with no success............maybe Jorge knew this since he is our CFO, someone should tell Gary so were not waiting another year and a half
