Texas Wyoming Drilling (OTC: TWDL)

Announced today that they have signed a Letter of Intent with Xynergy Holdings, Inc. (OTC: XYNH).

Xynergy Holdings intends to assist in the funding and operations owned by TWDL including, but not exclusive to, the Yellow Jacket Mine located at Logandale, NV, the Blue Jacket Mine located in Nelson, NV, and additional funding of the NI43-101 Technical Report for certain mines owned by TWDL.

Xynergy Holdings would be included in management decisions regarding leasing, funding and joint ventures.

The parties have 45 days to turn this into a definitive, binding agreement.
