Does anyone know any information on any of the other 10 cases KBM filed the same day as they did with HJOE. The paperwork was word for word identical. Same judge hearing all of them?? I wold think that wold get old and show a distasteful pattern.
Second is the complaint asks for immediate shares due to the belief HJOE does have cash to pay the loan, could they just walk in with a $64,000 check and say there ya go, loan complete..?? I know that is not what KBM wants but it is in the complaint, judge could say HJOE has the money so take the check and go away??
Starting to think the filing is a long way off, but with the longer it takes the more revenue to report in the end. "When" they file and it shows stability and huge growth that blindsides the market we could be looking at a great gap up situation. To show 18 months or better of all the speculation growth and put it out there as proof with filings should be pretty good day when it happens.
