Maybe by not spinning off UltraFlix on its own and is acquired, the proceeds value stays on NTEK balance sheets increaseing it's pps. Especially if a buyback happens instead of a R/S Maybe DF indirectly can have control of NTGL because 85% of NTGL shares are own by NTEK
