Well...we have Anarchy in this forum(no rule of law), but we also have a Social Contract(agreed by all) that stipulates limits. That's how I like it! 
Dare I bring it up...but this is the opposite:

Even though that it is a directive(not law...yet)...it is not agreed by all..so it fails as a social contract. Granted...it would be foolish to suggest 100% agreement on anything given the population....but there should be much higher thresholds than merely just a majority.
