Perhaps I am misunderstanding the valuation process but the dropping of non performing titles replacing them with the new titles & entering the VOD market at a much higher participation rate is something of an unknown. I hope Eric is not undervaluing the VOD aspect of the business. The valuation is also a driver as collateral in lending for projects ahead, so I hope he allows the valuation to speak for itself. That is after what HHSE is paying for.

Under promise & over deliver I can live with that too
