I was told by someone on this board that at the at the last shareholders meeting that NTEK and Alibaba were in talks for a revolving 10 million line of credit in exchange for a sizable percentage of NTEK. They knew about the Paramont deal. That is when NTEK began to dilute shares after refusing the deal. Maybe this is why at the time of shareholder meeting they stated to everyone that no dilution was coming because in talks with Alibaba.
