You might have a 20 year horizon but George doesn't, being in his mid 70's. One thing I don't understand is the relationship between the corporation and the product patents, which the Coates family owns.
What happens if and when George does kick the bucket ? Can they just close the doors and the family can sell the patents to the highest bidder leaving investors out ?
