I can't see how DF trying to move forward with both NTEK & NTGL now that both industries are hot, without making a serious decision.
Part of my DD was one day UltraFlix would be taken out by one of the BIG BOYS
Too much at stake here to let NTEK go alone. Big bucks $$$$ in streaming.
DF & NTEK did say that they will sell at the right price when the value is there.
I feel the value is now there with UltraFlix. It may not be completed yet. But 4K has grown ten folds in just the past year. Everyone in it is now fully committed to it.
DF will still be involved with 4K Studios and now move forward with NTGL
