great question. certainly a deal has to be signed before product goes into the store, but the signing of a deal doesn't mean the product is actually in a store or is in a store with any volume or presence.
you got me thinking about it and i've googled "function brands, LLC" and cannot find anything on them.
so, i dont know what this means and its probably an evolving story at this point in time.
