I will say this much, and this comes from a huge amount of experience and a complete knowledge of how Russ works:
Russ would NEVER issue a PR unless it was 100% accurate, and he would NEVER issue the PR unless there was something truly CREDIBLE in the works.
In other words, I personally believe very solidly that at least one of the deals that was being discussed has now proceeded to the point where it is just a matter of dotting the i's and crossing the t's.
Since Russ won't issue a PR without the attorney's blessing, I further believe that even Baltia's attorney is now satisfied that a real deal is in the latter stages of completion.
