i may have found the "knock your socks off" wording in that form 10. about 3/4th the way through that massive document, it seems there has been a deal inked with a company called Function Brands, LLC, on May 16th 2016.

Function Brands, LLC, sells/distributes to Costco, walmart/Sams Club, Target, and BJ's.

i presume there will be a formal PR, and i guess i'm ruining the surprise party...and if so, go ahead and delete this. maybe i'm reading it wrong, but i dont think so.

Time to buy, fellas.
