Ya IDK how long it takes for an accountant to do the work, but I'm coming up on 8 months now since the deal was first announced and I still don't feel the deal is done until all filings are done and we are current. I know many will argue the deal is done and I realize that technically, but personally I just feel like it's not done until the fat lady sings and that means all filings done and filed and current! Just saying.
