I don't believe the filings are done. Just guessing but because the 10Q is coming first they must not be changing YE to Dec. Just a guess and I may be wrong but it seems they would explain what's going on with an 8k first before releasing the 10Q.

I hope they are able to squeak it in before the weekend so we have something to look while waiting for Tuesday.
