Mr. Stone was not listed as a director on the most recent Q, so I think it is a fair deduction to deduce that he is no longer in a full time position with NTEK when he is not listed on an official company document as being with the company.

That being said, I believe he is still with the company in a consultant capacity. Just not as an official company officer.
