Your math is fine but I am not the one to comment on how the market reacts to news.
My guess is that traditionally, the market doesn't swing much on social media news, even though, social media has been declared as an official source of news for TPAC. Since TPAC has informed its stock holders properly. Social media, such as twitter is a legit form of PR and carries the legal weight.
All that to say, Bill must tweet truthful information and he knows this because he is liable for what he says on twitter.
I guess most people still expect to see things on PRs, 8Ks and 10qs and Ks.
Short answer, social media is "new" in comparison to how long trading has been taking place. It's going to be a while before its considered fully legit by all. Case-in-point, online universities.
