Convertible debt quota appears to be sold for now.
VNDM made a 44M special price transaction at .0001.
VNDM moved up to .0003.
"Only" 282M at .0002 - way less than all the .0001s that were bought over the last month - mainly by people who need to average down from .001xs.
First 2.5M hit on .0002s.
Traders remain poised for updates on any of the 3 items - financing deal + 2 x acquisitions.
Worth watching - may move fast at any time going forward with big 10M>25M hits on the ask when any of those items are confirmed.
