Check the chart on the ibox of the MVP board. The two bollinger bands are at 0.0003- they have to open up.
If you look at the left upper part of the daily chart, you will see the moving average numbers followed by (BB) , which are the bollinger bands - they need to separate B.
I can explain better at night as I can' t access the charts now.
