Totally agree, Chemdeps. I hope that we are going to get more information on the "non-compliance" issues that one testing site had. I mean, how hard can it be to run a study like this that involves an oral medication?
I wonder if they let patients stay in the study although the patients didn't follow the dosing schedule -- or if they accepted patients who didn't fit the guidelines -- or if they didn't do the follow-up checks at the prescribed intervals -- or..... well, the possibilities for failure are many. But for that site to have such a lower success rate makes me think that there was some kind of problem with choice of patients or with dosing compliance.
