Hi Bizzy, glad to see you here. I was also puzzled by AF's weird attempt to tarnish CTIX by implication. I think AF was trying to be clever (and, as usual, not succeeding). He is trying to claim that the test results were bad, which is a total lie. They were good.

But, AF has been unrelentingly bearish and has often mis-stated things about CTIX. There are some who think he is involved in one of the shorting cabals. He certainly seems to be unwilling to accept as true all of the factual information about CTIX successes.
