There should be some sort of news starting, although you missed the big run up, its not impossible to make 20-40% here near term. all they released thus far was 10Q and 10K and are current. you could technically ride the OTCQB uplift and any news coming out, most companies don't just SEC report unless somethings going to happen, so your not late entirely.
