Authorized and issued are different I believe. The issued shares are "on deck" so to speak, if I'm not mistaken. These shares are already in the mix and can be sold, and if the price increases strongly the dilution won't be so hard to deal with. It will all depend on how well the overall growth of the brand does. If it does better than expected you could see share buy backs and no need for RS to move to the AMEX. Jerry indicated approximately the end of 2017 for an attempt on that move, so there are a lot of possibilities between now and then.
