Interesting. Do we need a lawyer? If Darbie already paid $1.4M and Calissio has already been ordered not to dispose of the money they got via the buy back, then how many times does COR want to get their money back? Do they also want the divy money paid by Calissio, the money paid by Alpine, and the money paid by others (ETrade)?
If they want the information to find out related parties to Calissio and/or Darbie then they are welcome to proceed, but if they want to go against shareholders, then there's going to be a long nasty battle.
