If the KBM loan is not the last, but the courts side in our favor (ie, blocking conversions) it opens the door for quick settlements with other lenders as a precedence will be set. If other lenders step up and sue, then perhaps we won't hear from Veal for an extended period of time. That's the risks we all take in the OTC.
