In case you forgot, it was Commando that brought up the possibility of Heddle using the bankruptcy process to steal the company......and then you decided to try and comment on it with a totally and grossly false statement.....which I clearly showed was absolute nonsense.
Next time you want some absolutely correct advice on Chapter 11 reorganization and the process ask first so as not to embarrass yourself again.

On a side note, did you happen to catch the passage in the recent 10Q where Heddle explains not only does P2O have no money to fix the broken processors, they also have no cash to resume the marketing and sales of the processors.
They can't run them or sell them until they raise funds.
So much for waiting for news of. a sale. That clearly can't happen according to the 10Q Heddle signed off on.
